Are you struggling to complete your novel or could you use a trained eye to help you finish your book of poetry? Have you got a film script underway that needs a professional point of view or perhaps you’re working to complete a collection of short fiction? The Irish Writers’ Centre is developing a panel of published and experienced authors acting as mentors to help you make your writing as good as it can be. Your chosen author will meet you in person for three intensive two-hour sessions over a period of up to six months. Up to 6,000 words of prose or 20 pages of poetry will be read intensively in advance of each meeting. This initiative is aimed at proficient writers looking for professional input.
To date, the panel includes: Rob Doyle, Mark Granier, Sarah Webb, Jessica Traynor, Ferdia MacAnna, Dave Lordan, Declan Burke, Louise Phillips, Conor Kostick
