We all have a book in us, don’t we? If you’ve always had that yen to pick up a pen and try writing something – a story, a poem, a memoir – why not sign up for Finding the Story with tutor Nessa O’Mahony? During this ten week course, we’ll explore that mysterious thing called inspiration as well as discussing the craft of writing. Subjects will include characterisation, point of view, setting, plot and imagery through a combination of in-class tuition, exercises and peer critiquing. A follow on course, Continuing the Story, will run in spring 2015.
